Spicy Honey Glazed Salmon Bowl

1. Pat dry two salmon filets, then cut into small cubes. Tip: buy BBQ cut from the store so they’re thicker pieces!
2. For the glaze, mix 3 tbsp olive oil, 3 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp sriracha, 1 tbsp coconut amino acids, and 1 tsp garlic powder or fresh minced garlic together.
3. Pour 3/4 of the sauce mixture over the raw salmon and coat evenly. You’ll use remaining sauce to drizzle at the end.
4. Cook salmon in the air fryer at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until crispy.
5. Assemble your bowl with jasmine rice, cucumbers, shredded carrots, avocado and edamame. Drizzle remaining sauce + top with sesame seeds!
